The ‘Download box‘ is the box that displays your download links. This box appears on the Checkout summary (Thank you) page & the customer accounts if you have these settings enabled. The box will appear the same for both areas. This allows you to display your own message that aligns with your company, and also change the language of your messaging.

You can use this feature on all paid plans.
1. Go to the “Settings” page > “Checkout settings”
2. Customise the “Checkout settings”
The “Download box title” is the title of the box as you can see below.
The “Download box extra text” is the paragraph below it. Usually, this is used to display instructions or similar.
