What are the DDA download emails?
The DDA order download emails are the emails that get sent from the DDA app to your customers after they place an order, and they include the download links. These are enabled by default on all plans. They are also separate from Shopify’s emails that get sent.
If you are interested, you can include a download button or link inside the Shopify Order Confirmation email (you will need the Basic plan for this to work).
How to enable/disable DDA emails
È possibile disattivare le e-mail d'ordine che inviano i download digitali ai clienti. Il motivo principale per cui i negozianti vogliono farlo è quello di consentire ai clienti di scaricare le risorse solo dalla pagina Account cliente o dalla pagina Riepilogo cassa.
1. Andare su "Impostazioni" nell'applicazione
Load up the DDA app via your Shopify store “Apps” page, then go to the ‘Settings‘ page.
2. Andare su "Impostazioni aggiuntive" e abilitare questa funzione.
Enable the setting in the red square below, then click on the “Save” button. This will stop all the digital download emails from being sent from our app.
This does not stop the Shopify order confirmation emails from being sent by Shopify, only the download emails from DDA.
