Fileflare “the App” provides digital download services for product “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects:
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: basic store information such as the store name, store’s contact email address, phone number and country.
Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App: Timezone, Shopify customer ID, store email address, store phone number, customer order names, customer order emails, Shopify order numbers, customer Shopify order IP, web browser details when accessing download links, customer IP address when accessing download links, customer billing address solely for use in the PDF Stamp, customer shipping address solely for use in the PDF Stamp, product(s) and variant(s) names, product images, and product order inventory.
This information is compulsory for the App to provide its services to your Shopify store and your customers.
Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as email addresses, and login information;
We collect information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier that is used for logging in. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org. “Log files” track actions occurring on the Service, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with important information relating to our product or service.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not share your personal information with any third-party services. We are based in the UK and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Your Rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. As our application operates entirely through Shopify’s platform, any such requests regarding your personal information should be adjusted in Shopify’s platform directly and it will reflect the same in the App.
Data Retention
When an order is placed through the Service, the Service will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. This should be requested by deleting the information in Shopify’s platform, and it will automatically reflect in the App.
Once the app is uninstalled from your Shopify store, we completely delete all of your data as soon as Shopify send the data deletion request, which takes place anytime within 48 hours. Your Shopify data, customer data, uploaded files, and everything we hold about you, excluding your Shopify store URL, will be permanently deleted.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
